~ DJ Megasoup (Selaroda) ~ All instrumental, highly organic ambient / new age music that's very relaxing and meditative. Yes, another great album from Sean Conrad (aka Ashan). This album finds him utilizing some synths and flute, along with a lot of hammered dulcimer, which seems to be the primary instrument here. With this mostly simple palette, he creates beautiful cascading melodies that evoke epic natural landscapes and serene nature scenes. Very nice!

Rindenberg Sounds shimmer like golden leaves in autumn light while drops of dizzy rain gently fall and sparkle on the window to your soul. Children play in puddles and colourful heaps of foliage. It smells like wet earth and sweet chestnuts and on your way through the park you realise that the year slowly comes to an end..thank you Channelers for once more painting a soundscape of pure aural delight and creating a more than welcomed soundtrack for the entrance to the next season. Favorite track: Mirror of My Loving Self.

These pieces are an expression of gentleness and vulnerability… This music is thoroughly embedded in the practice and process of improvisation. Surrender to the instrument, surrender to the dream, the vision, and let it have reign over the canvas. “After a certain point, all I do is show up to work.” The artist is present to let the work present itself and you never know who’s gonna knock on the door. “I just make sure there’s always something on the stove to feed this beautiful stranger. Perhaps it is a part of myself who is at the doorstep with a gift from the realms of the subconscious. Perhaps it is something else…” What wants to happen today? Perhaps it is something fluid. Perhaps it is something static. These are the pieces that showed up during a particular period of time and they seem to cohere and belong to some groundless, synthetic landscape floating in the clouds of a pink sky somewhere.
